General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 - Purpose
These conditions govern the sales by the Madame Claude restaurant of its catering and karaoke services.
Article 2 - Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated.
Article 3 - Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
Article 4 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, catering and leisure services which must be provided on a specific date or period are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
