Karaoke in Châtelet: where to sing in Les Halles

By The Madame Claude Team ·

Looking for karaoke in Châtelet tonight? At Madame Claude, 2 rue Berger, a stone’s throw from the Forum des Halles, karaoke runs every night of the year from 9:30 pm, until 2 am Sunday to Wednesday and until 4 am Thursday to Saturday. Entry is free: just order a drink or a meal.

Where can you do karaoke in Châtelet?

Madame Claude is a French brasserie with 1970s decor, right in the heart of Paris 1st. By day, people come for breakfast, lunch or a drink on the terrace. In the evening, the disco-ball stage lights up on the ground floor and the mezzanine, and the room turns into a karaoke bar.

It’s easy to reach from anywhere: metro Les Halles (line 4) and Châtelet (lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14), RER A, B and D at Châtelet–Les Halles station. Wherever you’re coming from, you’re just a few minutes’ walk away. Find the map and opening hours on our access and contact page.

What is a karaoke night at Madame Claude like?

From 9:30 pm, the host takes the mic. Each table has a QR code: scan it, enter your name and the song you want, and the host calls you up in turn. No need to be a great singer: people come to have fun, cheer on their friends and sing the choruses together.

Karaoke goes on until closing. You can come for dinner, get on stage later in the evening, or just drop by for a drink and listen. All the details are on our karaoke page.

Can you have dinner during karaoke?

Yes. Madame Claude is a restaurant first. In the evening, the karaoke night menu offers sharing boards, mains, burgers, desserts, cocktails and drinks. Have dinner before you sing, or share a board while your friends are on stage.

Earlier in the evening, happy hours run from 5 pm to 9 pm, except on Saturdays and public holidays: a great way to start the night before karaoke.

What about private karaoke in Châtelet?

To sing among yourselves, without an audience, book the Poppy Room. It’s private karaoke for 8 to 20 guests, in 1970s disco decor with velvet banquettes and a disco ball. You choose and play your own songs, and you can have dinner or a cocktail party there. The room is booked for a minimum of 2 hours, by phone on +33 1 40 13 98 62 or with the contact form.

For a birthday, a hen party or a team night out, you can also book a large table in the middle of the evening karaoke. All the options are on our groups and private events page.

Do you need to book for karaoke?

Karaoke is open to everyone, but we recommend booking your table, especially at weekends and from Thursday to Saturday, when the night goes on until 4 am. You can book online on TheFork or by phone on +33 1 40 13 98 62. For a group, write to us: we’ll suggest the right space, from the mezzanine to the Poppy Room.
